Kathryn Daniels graduated with honors from The Soma Institute, Chicago, and has been practicing and teaching clinical bodywork ever since. Throughout her career she has specialized in neuromuscular and sports injury rehabilitation, manual lymphatic therapy, assisted stretching, and helping her patients and clients heal from chronic pain while continuing and augmenting their workouts in efficient, healthy ways.
She has worked as a therapist and a supervisor at four Chicago marathons, and spent a year and a half coordinating and implementing post-surgical and post-injury rehab protocols for a leading Chicago foot and ankle surgeon. She treats full-body conditions as well as specific complaints, working with a variety of populations to improve health, well-being, and performance.
